Fees listed are effective as of August 1, 2025 and are subject to change. Fees are set according to recommendations of the BCACC fee schedule. As of December 20, 2025, GST is no longer charged on counselling services with RCCs/CCCs. Please email or check the booking app for information on fees for other types of appointments and services.
Payment Options
Payment is due at the end of each session by credit card through the booking app, or by e-transfer. After payment is received, a receipt will be sent for your records.
Extended Health Coverage
Many extended health benefits plans will reimburse you for the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor or Canadian Certified Counsellor (Holly has both designations, RCC #2981 and CCC #3009). After you pay for the session, you can submit your receipt to your benefits plan for reimbursement. Sorry, direct billing is not available to insurance companies.
Payment by a Third Party
If you wish to have another person or organization pay for your session, inform us in advance so we can arrange invoicing. You are responsible for any outstanding fees not covered by that other party.
Missed Appointments
Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 48 hours cancellation notice, so that your time slot can be offered to someone else who is waiting. If 48 hours notice is not provided, a fee equivalent to the full session amount will apply. Unforeseen emergencies may be an exception.
Late Appointments
If you have not arrived to your appointment after 15 minutes it will be considered a ‘no show’, and a fee for the missed session applies. Unforeseen emergencies may be an exception. Many types of appointments require the full amount of scheduled time (e.g., third-party reproduction) and may need to rescheduled, if availability permits.
