Reproductive health & fertility support

Third-party reproduction counselling
(60 mins)
- Donors – $195
- Surrogates – $195
- Intended parents/Recipients – $195
- Preparation for donation or surrogacy; Includes a letter sent to your clinic confirming we have discussed the recommended topics.
NOTE: All fees are current as of 2023 and subject to change. Fees include GST and are set according to the BCACC’s recommended fee schedule. Please ask for information on fees that apply to other services (e.g., professional consultation, preparation of records for insurance/legal purposes, detailed written reports, etc.).
Payment Options
Payment is due at the end of each session. An invoice will be sent you and payment can be made online by credit card or by e-transfer. After payment, you will be sent a detailed receipt for your records.
Extended Health Coverage
Many extended health benefits plans will reimburse you for the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor or Canadian Certified Counsellor. Holly has both designations (RCC #2981 and CCC #3009). After you pay for the session, you can submit your receipt to your plan for reimbursement. Direct invoicing to extended health plans is unavailable at this time.
Payment by Another Party
Please inform your counsellor in advance if another party is paying for your session so that we can make arrangements. Please note that you are responsible for any outstanding fees that are not covered by that other party.
Missed Appointments
Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 48 hours cancellation notice, or a fee equivalent to the full session amount will apply. Unforeseen emergencies/illnesses are an exception, but please provide as much notice as possible so that others waiting for an appointment can be contacted.
Late Appointments
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered to have missed their appointment. A no-show fee equivalent to the full session amount will be charged, except in the case of an unforeseen emergency/illness.
